By using the CheetahO web site, CheetahO API (Application Programming Interface – “API”) you agree to be bound by the following terms of service (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service, do not use our Service.
You expressly understand and agree that CheetahO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the Service or third-party products that access data via the Service.
1. Account Terms
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You must be a human and you must not create Accounts with the Service through unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.
You can not use the CheetahO Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws, rules and regulations in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
2. Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
Cheetaho Service is billed in advance and monthly and is non-refundable.
No refund will be done for unused credit, for whatever reasons.
You may downgrade or upgrade your plan level at any time.
The upgrade in your plan level will occur immediately.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, your will be automatically billed each month until you decide to cancel your payments.
ONE-TIME plans give you access to larger image quotas that do not renew automatically each month. You can order the same plan unlimited times.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your paid subscription by downgrading your plan. If you do not want to use our Service any more, you can request to remove your account in the account edit page or just contact us by filling in Contact Us form. All of your Billing Data and all uploaded Content will immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
4. Image Storage
Images are available on server for a 12 hours. After 12 hours they will be removed and cannot be restored any more.
5. General Conditions
Your use of the CheetahO Service is at your sole risk.
CheetahO uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
We reserve the right ban access to the Service to anyone who cheats or ignores this policy.
You may not upload violent or discriminatory content, or content which is in any way unlawful, infringing, or hateful, to and/or via the Service.
6. Referral Program
Tell your friends about CheetahO and we will add for both side 50 images for new user registration and 200 images for every referred friend that signs up for a paid plan. There is no limit to the amount of images you can earn.
